Order Cancellation Policy

• Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day of receiving the order; therefore most of our orders begin to be processed within the first few hours of receipt. If you contact us via phone or email to cancel your order prior to it being processed we will gladly cancel your order free of charge. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment we will not be able to cancel your order. You may return the order in accordance with our regular return policy.

Refused Shipments and Undeliverable Addresses

• If you refuse delivery of a shipment when the package comes back to us it will be discarded and you will not be refunded for your order. Again, if you wish to return something please follow our normal return policy.
• If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. 

Expedited Shipping

• United Chemists, Inc. is happy to offer expedited shipping to its customers. Please beware when selecting any expedited shipping method, such as FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight, the following rules apply. If your order is placed before 3pm EST your order will be processed and ship out that same day. If you order is placed after 3PM EST your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Any expedited delivery requests that are placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

Warranties and Defectives

• Some of the products sold by United Chemists, Inc. are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often times included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturers warranty so please follow any guidelines listed.
• If you feel you have received a defective product and are not sure if it is covered under any manufacturer warranty or guarantee and are not sure how to proceed please contact us.
